Privacy
Corevelos runs customer code inside hardware-isolated sandboxes. This page states in plain terms what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
Account data you give us directly: name, email address, organization name, and billing details. Operational data our systems generate: authentication events, API request metadata, sandbox lifecycle events, and metered usage records used for billing.
What we do not collect
We do not read the contents of your sandboxes. Guest files, command output, and code you execute stay inside your isolated MicroVMs and are never mined for advertising or model training.
How we use data
Account and operational data is used to provide the service, enforce per-tier limits, bill metered usage, prevent abuse, and give support. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Billing records are kept while your account is active and as tax law requires afterward. Killed sandboxes release their storage extents immediately. Ask support to export or delete your account data at any time.
